At Rabbanifoods.com, we strive to deliver high-quality rice products to our customers in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery times, and shipping costs for orders placed on our website, www.rabbanifoods.com .

1. Delivery Area

Currently, Rabbani Foods only delivers within Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We plan to expand to other regions in the future, and updates will be communicated on our Site.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time

Since our rice is imported from Pakistan, the typical delivery time for orders within Dammam is 7-10 business days from the date of order processing. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat shipping fee of SAR [X] for all deliveries within Dammam.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over SAR [X].

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the total value of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information so that you can monitor the delivery status. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team at info@rabbanifoods.com.

6. Customs and Import Duties

Since our rice is imported from Pakistan, customers may be subject to additional customs or import duties upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.

7. Missed Delivery

If you are not available to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt a second delivery. If delivery fails again, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery at info@rabbanifoods.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Changes to Your Order

If you need to modify your shipping address or order details after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@rabbanifoods.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
