You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Perishable goods such as rice once the package is opened or damaged.
- Items on sale or discounted.
- Custom or bulk orders.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
